Junior Social Media Manager

We are a fast-growing 360° marketing agency based in Cyprus, comprising two main departments: Development and Marketing and we are looking for a dedicated Social Media Manager to oversee the social media presence of our clients and our company, focusing on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

**All candidates must be residents of the Republic of Cyprus.

Role and Responsibilities:

You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring the successful implementation of their monthly social media content calendars and addressing all related inquiries and requests.

Your key tasks will include:

• Scheduling and posting content.
• Analysing social media metrics and creating reports.
• Engaging with audiences and managing community interactions.
• Coordinating with the design team for artwork and creatives.
• Collaborating with influencers and handling social media campaigns.
• Staying updated on social media trends and platform features.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a relevant field.
• Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools.
• Strong copywriting skills and creativity.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with influencers.
